Ekkapat joined Timblick & Partners in 2018 as a junior associate focusing on corporate, commercial contracts, foreign investment, labour and employment, business mergers and acquisition, company dissolution and liquidation, dispute resolution and arbitration. He has obtained his bachelor of laws (LL.B.) from Chulalongkorn University in 2016.
His roles involves providing legal advice upon request of the clients in broad areas of law including drafting commercial contracts, advising on business structure and transactional structure, corporate restructuring, general corporate compliance, dissolution and liquidation of companies, conducting legal research, conducting legal due diligence and preparing documents for transactions, Thai and English translation of legal documents, and preparing documents for submission to related government authorities, applying for licenses, permits and certificates.
