Before joining Timblick & Partners, Sira was an associate at LS Horizon Limited for approximately four years before joining Sundai, Tokyo and subsequently serving as the deputy director of Sundai Bangkok Co., Ltd.

Practice Experience
Sira joined Timblick & Partners in 2013 as a senior associate and became a Partner in 2016 advising on corporate, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, foreign investment, off-shore mutual funds, labour laws and dispute resolution matters. He obtained his Bachelors of Laws from Thammasat University in 2004 and Bachelors of Art (Political Science) from Ramkhamhaeung University in 2003 and Master of Laws in International Commercial Laws from University of Aberdeen in 2013.
Sira started his legal career at LS Horizon Limited in their Japanese client department and pursued his studies in Japan at the legal research program and at Kyushu University and he worked as legal consultant for Sundai, Tokyo headquarters in Japan.
His roles involved providing legal advice upon request of the clients in broad areas of the law including drafting commercial contracts, advising on the business structure and joint ventures, corporate restructuring and real estate transaction, conducting legal research and preparing transactions and document for submission to related government departments, applying for various licenses, such as BOI license, foreign business license, private school license advising on the regulatory issue and labour disputes.
