Piyawadee is an associate focusing on corporate, commercial contract, litigation and dispute resolution, and arbitration. She has obtained bachelors of law (LL.B) from Ramkhamhaeng University in 2008 and Master of Laws (LL.M.) from The Pennsylvania State University, The Dickinson School of Law in 2013.
Before joining Timblick & Partner, Piyawadee was a junior associate at Wisitsora-at Law Office and had her internship at Anek Group International Legal Consultants. She has been involved in numerous transactions by giving legal advice to foreign clients both Thai and foreigner in relation to investment in Thailand and representing as counsel in civil cases as well as preparing and reviewing a range of legal documentation used in corporate and commercial transactions and litigation.

Piyawadee joined Timblick & Partners in 2013 as an associate focusing on corporate, commercial contract, labour and employment, litigation and dispute resolution, and arbitration. She has obtained Bachelors of Laws from Ramkhamhaeng University in 2008 and Master of Laws from the Pennsylvania State University, the Dickinson School of Law in 2013.
Piyawadee started her legal career as a junior associate at Wisitsora-at Law Office. She generally assisted in litigating numerous cases including civil litigation that covered a broad range of legal issues, such as sale and purchase, contract, real estate, mortgage, cheques, and family. Her roles involved providing legal advice upon request of the clients in broad areas of law including preparing legal documents including complaints, pleadings, and statement of requests, preparing legal memorandum and litigation reports regarding litigation status to firm partner, representing clients in mediations and settlement negotiations, and court trials.

- Compass Group Service Co., Ltd. – conducting a mock or test competition authority raid at their offices in Bangkok with the aims of the exercise to prepare their employees in case a real raid is conducted by the authorities;
- TriMas group – representing TriMas on a number of labour court proceedings with their labour union where the main issue was unfair termination and also representing on the negotiation of collective agreement with the labour union and election of the employee committee;
- Rolls-Royce Plc – advising Rolls-Royce on labour and employment laws in respect of termination and redundancy;

- • AKA Resorts Management – advising AKA in relation to the duty and obligation under the land development act and agreement in connection with the properties and common areas in AKA Resort & Spa (Guti Resort); and
